FAQ
The length of the recruitment process may vary depending on the role, but it typically takes between 3 and 6 weeks.
At Biocodex, artificial intelligence is
gradually becoming part of our professional
practices, including in recruitment.
We primarily use AI as a support tool for HR
teams and hiring managers—for example, to
help draft job postings or prepare interview
guides.
However, AI is not used to screen, or
evaluate résumés, nor to make automated
decisions regarding applications.
Every application is reviewed by a real
person, with careful attention paid to
candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and
motivations.
We value diversity of backgrounds and
expertise.
Whether you come from sales, marketing,
finance, IT, manufacturing, or supply chain,
there is a place for you here. What truly
matters is your desire to contribute to
the success of a committed Group—one that
brings meaning to its actions and to your
work.
Yes, absolutely. At Biocodex, we strongly
believe in generational diversity.
Each year, we welcome interns, apprentices,
and early-career graduates across a wide
range of roles and functions.
If you are looking for a routine-driven
environment with very rigid structures and
little change, this may not be the right fit
for you.
Biocodex is a growing, international
organization that continuously adapts to its
environment and to evolving healthcare
needs.
Here, you need to enjoy agility, movement,
and challenging the status quo—feel
comfortable stepping outside your comfort
zone, rethinking existing ways of working,
and building things collectively.
We move forward together, we innovate, and
we dare to try.
Yes… and no.
In an international environment like ours,
English is naturally very present. You
may work with colleagues from different
countries, for whom English is the primary
working language.
Proficiency in English is a real asset if
you are aiming for roles with broader
impact and/or global responsibilities, or if
you are considering international
mobility.
However, everything depends on the role and
its context: the specific requirements
of the position always determine whether
English is essential or not.
A healthy dose of curiosity — about the
company, its history, culture, processes,
organization, and the people who make it
what it is.
A strong sense of observation — taking the
time to understand before considering
changes.
A balanced mindset — recognizing that
existing practices have a history and a
purpose.
The first three months are primarily a time
for learning and getting oriented.
