The length of the recruitment process may vary depending on the role, but it typically takes between 3 and 6 weeks.

At Biocodex, artificial intelligence is gradually becoming part of our professional practices, including in recruitment.
We primarily use AI as a support tool for HR teams and hiring managers—for example, to help draft job postings or prepare interview guides.

However, AI is not used to screen, or evaluate résumés, nor to make automated decisions regarding applications.
Every application is reviewed by a real person, with careful attention paid to candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and motivations.

In an international environment like ours, English is naturally very present. You may work with colleagues from different countries, for whom English is the primary working language.
